I had an incredible four-night stay in the Executive Suite, where I was captivated by the breathtaking views of the wildlife right outside my window. The delightful experience of watching playful hippos in the lake and colorful birds flitting around truly brought the nature experience to life. The food was exceptional, and I especially enjoyed the serene atmosphere by the outdoor swimming pool after indulging in a rejuvenating massage.

The dining experience left much to be desired, with some dishes being poorly executed, like scrawny beef and lamb, and a buffet that felt unappealing. The hippo lounge lacked any character, almost like they forgot to make it part of the actual ambiance of the place. The presence of management in the main building felt misplaced. A bulk water dispenser would solve the plastic bottle issue, as constant thirst was an annoyance.

We had the best time spotting zebras and hippos right outside our room! The premium room was super cozy, and we loved chillin' on the patio. There were some activities like boat riding too. Just wish the food was hotter, it was a bit chilly for our taste. But the staff really made our stay special!
